***** Carillon Beach Association Rules Regarding Golf Carts *****
The use of golf carts at Carillon Beach is a privilege, not a right. If the following rules are not followed your
privilege may be revoked.
1). All operators must have a valid driver’s license on their person at all times.
2). All rental golf carts must be registered with Panama City Golf Carts or Golf Depot.
3). Golf carts in use between sunset and sunrise must be equipped with headlights and taillights.
4). All passengers in a cart must remain seated at all times.
5). The number of passengers on a carts cannot exceed the number of seats on a cart.
6). Operation of golf carts is restricted to streets. Carts may not be driven on side walks, grassy areas or
sand dunes.
7). Speed limit and STOP signs must be obeyed, as well as common rules of the road.
8). Failure to observe the Association rules and reckless operation of a golf cart will result in fines as allowed
by the Association documents and Panama City Golf Cart or Golf Depot will be called to remove the cart from
the property.
